Refund policy

REFUNDS: To be able to qualify for a refund, items must be sent back to us. Once the product(s) are received, your refund will be processed automatically through the payment option you've provided. Sale items are not qualified for a refund. Our policy lasts for 30 days. If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

 

EXCHANGES: If an item is damaged(when received), not open or used, an exchange is applicable. Please inspect your purchases upon arrival and email us at loveejai24@gmail.com of your concerns along with a photo. Contact us within 24hrs of receiving your items to qualify for an exchange. LOVEEJAI IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING FEES. Our policy lasts for 30 days. If it has been 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

 

RETURNS: To be eligible for a return, items must not be used and be in the same condition as it was received. LOVEEJAI IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING FEES. Customers are responsible for shipping the items back to us. Again, our policy lasts for 30 days. If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, it is not eligible for any refunds, exchange or returns.

 

INTERNATIONAL: Unfortunately, Loveejai does not provide refunds, returns, or exchanges for international customers.
