Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2-5 days after confirmation emails have been received. If there is a large quantity of orders our processing time is pushed to 3-8 days after confirmation emails have been received. Please allow 24hrs+ for tracking numbers to update. 

For International customers, please be patient as shipping time may vary depending on your residence.

 

LOVEEJAI IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED PACKAGES! Order cancellations are only accepted if packages haven't been shipped out. If there has been a mistake with address input, contact us immediately. We will need to cancel your order and a new order must be placed.
